Cocoon Beach Bar & Day Club

Cocoon Beach Bar offers a more enjoyable experience for a sunset drink rather than spending an entire night there, unless they have a special event happening. While it may not have the most breathtaking view among the numerous self-proclaimed “beach clubs” in Bali, there is no minimum spend required to relax on the comfortable loungers by the pool. Additionally, the cost of Bintang beer buckets is comparable to the prices you would find at the surf rental places on the beach during happy hour (from 5 pm to 7 pm).

To be honest, the beach has become incredibly pleasant during the low number of visitors due to the ongoing pandemic. He had a fantastic time here in the afternoon as the sun began to set. The beach itself is incredibly flat and stretches out for a considerable distance, making it an ideal location for families and children to enjoy a leisurely stroll in the afternoon.

Located just a short distance from the Astagina hotel in Bali, this area boasts a beautiful beach lined with a variety of restaurants serving delicious food. During my visit, He opted to dine at Kuali, a restaurant that offers a delightful sit-down experience and is only a five-minute walk away from the beach area.

In summary, while Cocoon Beach Bar may not have the most awe-inspiring view compared to other beach clubs in Bali, it provides a pleasant setting to enjoy a sunset drink without the pressure of a minimum spend. The beach itself offers a flat terrain and ample space, making it an excellent choice for families and a relaxing afternoon stroll. Furthermore, the surrounding area features numerous dining options, including Kuali, a restaurant within easy reach from the beach.
