If you’re in the mood for jazz music, then head to one of the most well-known nightlife spots in Chiang Mai – a small, rustic jazz bar located at the north gate of the old city. This intimate venue gets very busy on weekends around 9 pm, with the crowd spilling out onto the street. Upstairs, you can watch the band from a higher perspective.
The prices for drinks are fairly reasonable, with small bottles of beer starting at around 85 baht and cocktails starting at around 150 baht. This is a great place to experience the vibrant jazz scene in Chiang Mai and enjoy a lively atmosphere with friends.

3 months agoGreat place for a nice live musics. If you want to get a proper sitting, you have to go really early like when they open. Service is fast but no table service which is fine for me. Sitting outdoor is also good if you do not want to loud music.

2 months agoVisited on Wednesday night around 8 PM. There were no seat or place to stand because of the crowds in the 1st floor. So we went up 4th floor to get a seat and had drinks. Couldn't hear or watch the live Jazz performance at the 4F, but it was still worth it. Cocktails were unique and delicious.

a month agoOh my word, I cannot RAVE more about this place. I came on a Monday evening and back Tuesday for the open mic night. I had the best time and met the best people and opportunity to even sing. It was such an extraordinary experience and one that I have loved and will cherish forever in my memories and heart.

2 weeks agoMusic upstairs (4th floor) starts at 7:30pm so arrive at 7pm for a good seat. Downstairs music (& bar) start at 8:30pm. We stayed on the 4th floor. Music was great! Cocktails were all 350-400 baht - cash preferred. Paying with a card has a 5% charge (which feels insane). Highly recommend - just come early and bring cash :)

3 months agoOvercrowded and a victim of its own popularity. Unless you go early enough to get a seat inside, the music is not loud enough to hear properly from the outside. The crowd spills out onto the pavement and there's a long wait between sets. However the service is fast and the cocktails are crafted with precision and care. They have their own bottled shochu range and signature cocktails made with them.
