a year agoFood was great, staff was amazing. They was understaffed, but the lovely women did the best she could. Food was lovely, the drink menu has alot missing, most probably due to Covid. Still a great range of drink available. Pool table is free aswell! Recommended the food it's good pub grub!

a month agoGood Irish pub next to the Anusarn Markets in Chiang Mai so you can search amongst the evening markets and then come here for a good feed. I enjoyed having a Guinness and a good hearty stew and my girlfriend enjoyed her chicken pie. Worth a visit. Have eaten here a few times now with most recent visit being in July 2023 where I had myself a burger and chips and you can see the video on this on my TikTok TTSWThailand and YouTube TTSW Food Adventures and I did enjoy the burger and chips. Good thing about this pub is it’s in the centre of Anusarn markets so you can go for a walk after looking at tourist items.

a week agoGreat bar! Loved going here while in Chiang Mai, the staff that work there are amazing and the food is good. I went out for a cigarette and the staff brought my beer out without even asking, never had this before and definitely amazing service.

3 years agoAnother many visits over three years I'm upping my rating by a star, as it's generally good and the manager is eager to help. I liked: 5 TV screens, so showing a variety of sports. The drinks I had were fine. The toilets were basic but clean. Plenty of seating area, inside and out, plus a good pool table. I didn't like: Tables and chairs were basic and not very comfortable. Music is constantly played at an extremely high level. This meant that everyone shouted, and overall the pub was VERY noisy. The menu is mainly Western pub grub, if that's your choice, but there's some tasty Thai selections too. I would return for the odd televised match, and the cool air conditioning. Having said that, there are usually a fair number of customers there, and many seemed to be enjoying themselves. It might suit you, so give it a try

in the last weekWent here to watch the football. Was moved 3 times during the game, first because the bar manager wanted to put CNN on, the second time to show Samoa vs Chile rugby (obviously the huge Samoan Chiang Mai community were desperate to come in despite there being maybe 3 or 4 customers, none of which were watching any tv. I then had to move again as the tv showing the football stopped working. Food pretty average, Guinness was okay to be fair. But if going to watch sport better value and service at the red lion round the corner with cheaper drinks.
